How Complimentary Venue Sourcing Works

BRIEF

I take the time to understand your vision, goals and budget to find a venue that aligns with your needs.

VENUE SEARCH

I reach out to suitable venues to check availability, request proposals and ask the right questions, so you don't have too.

PROPOSAL

I'll send you a proposal with a minimum of three venue, and all the details you need to shortlist, or make a decision.

NEGOTIATE

If I haven’t already, I’ll negotiate with your shortlisted venues to lower costs or secure added incentives to better match your budget.

CONTRACT

Once you’ve chosen your venue, I’ll handle the details so all that’s left is for you to sign the contract and finalising the finer details directly with the venue.

FOLLOW UP

After your event has taken place i'll follow up with you on your experience with the venue and feedback any issues.
